2. Plans and access periods

kResearch offers a Free plan and one-time short-term paid access options. Paid access unlocks higher limits and direct Google integration for a fixed access period. It does not auto-renew.

3. Pricing notes and billing currency

• Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) for English-locale users and in Russian rubles (₽) for Russian-locale users.
• All payments are settled in Russian rubles via Robokassa. For USD-displayed prices, the ruble amount is computed at checkout using the current USD→RUB rate (Bank of Russia daily mirror, cached up to 12 hours). The exact ruble amount is shown on the Robokassa payment page before you confirm.
• Your bank or card issuer converts the ruble charge to your card’s currency at its own exchange rate; the amount shown on your card statement may differ slightly from the USD price displayed here.
• The final checkout amount, applicable taxes, payment method, and access period are displayed before payment is taken.
• The first purchase discount applies only to the first successful paid purchase on an account. Later purchases use the standard access price.
• Buying access again while a paid period is active extends the paid-through date from the later of today or the current access end date, so unused time is not lost.
• kResearch may change plan limits, access periods or prices with advance notice. Changes do not shorten an already paid access period.

4. Payment processing & accepted methods

Paid access purchases are processed through Robokassa using the Robokassa payment form or related Robokassa payment infrastructure. Accepted payment methods include bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, МИР) and other methods available in the Robokassa payment form at the time of checkout.

• kResearch does not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
• Robokassa handles card authorization, 3-D Secure authentication and payment status updates.
• kResearch receives payment metadata only as needed for access management, support, receipts, refunds, and accounting (e.g., transaction ID, amount, currency, plan, payment status, masked card details if provided, billing email).

5. Service delivery

kResearch is a digital software service (SaaS). No physical goods are shipped.

• Access to paid features is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation from Robokassa.
• Starter access is granted for 7 days. Pro access is granted for 14 days.
• Paid access and its limits are tied to the account used at the time of purchase.

6. Repeat purchases and no auto-renewal

• Paid access is a one-time purchase for a fixed period.
• kResearch does not auto-renew paid access.
• Robokassa is not authorized by kResearch to make recurring charges for this product.
• You may buy Starter or Pro access again when you need more time.

7. How access ends

• Access to paid features ends automatically when the paid access period expires, unless you make another purchase.
• You do not need to cancel anything to stop future charges because there are no recurring charges.
• For billing questions, email [email protected] from the email address tied to your account.

8. Refund policy

Eligibility

• The Free plan requires no refund.
• For a first paid access purchase: a full refund is available within 14 calendar days of payment, provided paid features have not been substantially used.
• “Substantial use” includes generating Google Forms or Sheets, consuming a significant portion of AI or PDF quotas, or downloading paid research kits.
• Repeat purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted; individual exceptions are reviewed on request.
• Duplicate, accidental, or technically erroneous charges are corrected or refunded upon verification, in full.

Refunds are issued in the currency in which the original payment was settled (Russian rubles). If your card was charged in a different currency, your card issuer applies its current exchange rate to convert the refund back to your card’s currency; the amount returned may differ slightly from the original charge.

How to request a refund — step by step

1. Email [email protected] from your kResearch account email with the subject line Refund request. Include: account email, payment date, plan name, transaction ID (if available), and reason.
2. You will receive an acknowledgment within 3 business days confirming your request has been received.
3. A refund decision will be communicated within 7 business days of receiving all required information.
4. If approved, the refund is initiated within 10 business days of approval. Funds are returned in full to the original payment method through Robokassa.
5. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
